was working fine and just went black and want power back up.the battery looks ok but dont know really.i did try unpluging battery still nothing.

Hi,
Does the tablet charge when you connect the charger and switch the power ON?
If so let it charge until it is fully charged, disconnect the charger, then perform a hard reset which will restore your tablet to its original factory settings.

Be aware of the warning notice in the middle of the page regarding what happens when you perform a hard reset.

no it want come on at all even while pluged in.

Hi,
Have you tried connecting the tablet to a USB port on a PC which is on and see if the tablet indicates that it is charging? Leave it for an hour or so sometimes a flat battery needs a bit of time before it "kicks in" and starts charging.
If it does, it indicates that your charger is faulty and will need to be replaced. Allow your tablet to fully charge then try turning it on.
If there is no indication from your tablet, then either the charging circuit in the tablet or the battery is faulty.
I have the same problem with my ellipsis 8. I was playing Punch Boxing on my tablet and the screen went black and unresponsive.
